Find most variable predictions

Return perturbations with the most variable predictions.

Usage

get_variable_predictions(predictions_table, n = 50)

Arguments

predictions_table

A predictions table generated with summarize_predictions

n

Number of variable predictions returned (default = 50).

Value

A character vector of perturbation names ranked from highest to lowest prediction variance, limited to the top n.
